Developed from the Baltro Light Jacket used in the polar expeditions in the 1990s. This model uses a fabric made of a mix of wool, plant-derived bionylon and Brewed Protein™ fibers, next-generation innovative structural protein materials on the outer surface. Its high spec performance and design features built for extreme environments including the short body length designed to provide a better mobility in the snow and plenty of down insulation around the temperature-sensitive upper arm area perform perfectly in the city. The recycled feathers are used as insulation after being processed to remove impurities as much as possible. 1990年代に極地探検で使用されたモデルをベースにアップデートされたバルトロライトジャケット。今回表地には、革新的な構造タンパク質素材「Brewed Protein™（ブリュード・プロテイン™）繊維」とウール、植物由来のバイオナイロンをミックスした生地を採用しています。雪上での動きやすさを考慮した短めの着丈や、寒さを感じやすい上腕部分の適切なわた量など、極地での着用を想定した機能とデザインが、都市でも高い汎用性を発揮します。中わたには、不純物などを限りなく取り除いたリサイクルダウンを封入。ザ・ノース・フェイスが未来へ繋ぐ、新たなマスターピースです。 *日本限定発売の商品です。
